A native of Dublin and Laurens County, Maury currently serves as President/ CEO of Georgia First Bank. With almost 20 years of banking experience, Maury joined the bank in 2012 and assumed the role of President and CEO in November of 2015.  While attending the University of Georgia, Maury received his Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics and was a 4-year Lettermen on the UGA Golf Team.

Maury is married to the former Misty Bracewell and they have 2 wonderful kids, Braelee and Braceton. In his spare time, Maury enjoys traveling with his family, spending time on his farm and cheering on the Dawgs.
